Live Active Retreat 2026

This weekend has been a dream of mine since I first started hosting community events in 2020. I always left the short morning events feeling like I wanted to share more time with my community and connect on a deeper level. So that is exactly what I sought out to do!

We headed down south out of the hustle and bustle of Sydney to the beautiful Cedar Estate in Jerrara. When I was initially scouting locations to host our first retreat, I had a specific list of what I was looking for. A space to move, to eat together and to unwind outdoors in nature. This property ticked all the boxes!

I arrived to the site early Friday morning to unpack all the boxes and prepare the guests goodie bags! I was able to take a few moments to reflect on the journey that brought us here and without sounding cliche, it was a real ‘pinch me’ moment.

The girls arrived later that afternoon and we shared the first evening together by the pool, eating and drinking and getting to know each other.

The weekend consisted of:

✨ Daily movement classes by the poolside followed by breakfast

✨Freshly cooked meals prepared with fresh, local produce

✨ Afternoons spent in the sun reading and chatting

✨ An ice bath challenge after a morning class

✨ Two hour workshops expanding on Pre/Post natal Pilates

✨ A 45 minute deep tissue massage

✨ Afternoon sunset strolls through the property

I left Sunday afternoon with my cup overflowing with gratitude. To connect on a deeper level with so many incredible women in our community and to have made some beautiful new friends. As our beautiful Irish guests said “The weekend was simply grand.” 💛

If this retreat sounds like something you would like to do, make sure to send through an email to hello@liveactivephysio.com.au to stay in the loop for our next retreat February 2027.
