IWD 2025 Pilates in the Park

A look into our first event for 2025! What better way to spend it than celebrating IWD on the mat together!

A morning shared moving on the mat through a 45 minute matwork class with some of my closest friends and family, alongside new faces in the community. I say this every year, but there is something so special about these community events. Whether it be a friend tagging along to try their first ever Pilates class or a long-time client bringing their mum and sister along to share in the morning, it’s a space for everyone.

We finished the class headed straight over to our fav breakie spot for coffee and honestly, that's my favourite part. Watching strangers become friends and connecting with new likeminded individuals.
