March 2024: Pilates in the Park x International Women's Day

This was our first ever Pilates in the Park event and will forever hold a special place in my heart. 

Every year, IWD rolls around and I think “I wish I could organise an event to get together with my favourite people, move my body and take 5 minutes to celebrate the incredible women that I am surrounded by.” In 2024, this is exactly what we did. 

I read a quote once that has sat with me ever since first hearing it: “Surround yourself with women who would mention your name in a room full of opportunities.” 

I hope to both surround myself with these women, and be this woman for others.
